Marc Uldry serves as the CISO at IMD Business School in Lausanne, where he also leads the IT team in charge of System and Network Infrastructure.
Since joining IMD in 2020, Marc has spearheaded the development of their cybersecurity program, achieving ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. His responsibilities include keeping IMD safe and secure, as well as supporting its cloud-first strategy.
From selecting and governing GenAI solutions to IMD staff, to creating AI-based applications for program participants, Marc is actively engaged in multiple AI initiatives covering IT, Information Security, and Data Privacy.
Before his role at IMD, Marc worked as a pre-sales engineer, security architect, and consultant for cybersecurity firms like Kudelski Security and Dell Secureworks. He holds several certifications, including CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and Data Protection Officer (GDPR). His academic background includes a Master's degree in Microengineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL).
