Geneva and Bern cantons working together on developing common code for their taxing software using open source
In developing software that will naturally share common functionalities and features, the cantons of Bern and Geneva have elected to leverage the collaboration benefits delivered by open source methodologies. In this presentation we will explore the rationale, the model put in place, and the expected benefits from such a collaborative approach.
TOSIT, "The Open Source I Trust" est une association française à but non lucratif qui regroupe de grandes organisations françaises, uniquement utilisatrices finales, qui collaborent pour mieux utiliser et contribuer à l'open source. Créée en 2017 par 5 membres fondateurs, elle compte plus de 25 membres à ce jour, privés comme publics. Elle s'organise en groupes de travail qui fédèrent et consolident les besoins, afin de permettre la pérennisation, l'amélioration voire la création de logiciels open source.
