With a keen eye for innovation, she swiftly rose to the challenge in 2016, establishing a groundbreaking IT support team and introducing a powerful Service Management tool in a major construction firm.

This pivotal moment unveiled the transformative potential of ServiceNow to her. Her next adventure took her to the heart of a global service provider, where for nearly seven years, Lise's talent and determination saw her ascend from a technical consultant to a Senior Solution Consultant.

She left her mark on numerous high-impact projects, mastering areas like Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management, Human Resources Delivery, and Facilities Management.

In 2024, driven by a passion for excellence and innovation, Lise embraced a new role at Plat4mation as a Business Consulting Specialist. Head of the IT Department & IT Architect at Darest, Claude-Vivien Toulouse has over 15 years' experience in the IT industry. Since February 2022, he has headed Darest's IT department in Geneva and Lausanne, where he oversees systems and network infrastructures and guides technological innovation.

His expertise covers the installation, maintenance and optimisation of IT and network systems, as well as user support and technical project management. Passionate about new technologies and process optimisation, Claude-Vivien is a key player in innovation within his company.

Xavier TRANBAUT has been involved in project management for various national and international projects for over 15 years and has extensive experience in license management. Initially working for a major software publisher, Xavier transitioned to the client side as an IT Buyer. Driven by a desire to optimize more deeply, he evolved into the SAM (Software Asset Management) industry to genuinely help clients navigate the complexities of software licensing imposed by publishers.

He challenges the artificial licensing rules set by publishers, who use these rules as a monetizing model to sell their software. Is it a fair model? Of course not!

Xavier's daily work involves juggling licensing rules with the sole aim of helping clients smartly buy, use, and sell their Microsoft perpetual licenses. Many of the use cases he has handled have resulted in six to seven-figure savings. Why? Because “Where there is a will, there's a way.”

Since 2021, Xavier has served as the Director of Sales France at Capefoxx AG (formerly ReLicense AG), one of the leading companies in relicensed software in Europe.

Marc Uldry serves as the CISO at IMD Business School in Lausanne, where he also leads the IT team in charge of System and Network Infrastructure.

Since joining IMD in 2020, Marc has spearheaded the development of their cybersecurity program, achieving ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. His responsibilities include keeping IMD safe and secure, as well as supporting its cloud-first strategy.

From selecting and governing GenAI solutions to IMD staff, to creating AI-based applications for program participants, Marc is actively engaged in multiple AI initiatives covering IT, Information Security, and Data Privacy.

Before his role at IMD, Marc worked as a pre-sales engineer, security architect, and consultant for cybersecurity firms like Kudelski Security and Dell Secureworks. He holds several certifications, including CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and Data Protection Officer (GDPR). His academic background includes a Master's degree in Microengineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL).

Mauro Verderosa is a cybersecurity expert with CC, CISSP, CCSP, HCISPP, and CSSLP certifications, boasting over two decades of industry experience. He is recognized as the sole Official ISC2 Trainer in Switzerland. He is the CEO of the company PSYND, a cybersecurity consultancy company based in Geneva.
 
With a focus on Identity & Access Management and Application Security, Mauro has contributed to significant projects across Europe, overseeing the design, architecture and implementation of robust IAM & PAM projects. Mauro has worked with multiple Gartner-award-winning IAM solutions (Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, One Identity, Ping Identity) and remains updated on the latest trends and technologies in the industry by attending top conferences such as KuppingerCole and Gartner.
 
As an experienced cybersecurity professional with a gift for engaging and informative public speaking, Mauro is skilled at adapting complex technical concepts to the level of the target audience. He is promoting cybersecurity awareness to help organizations improve their overall security posture and educate their employees. He believes that the most remarkable training are those which are using live-hacking sessions that allows participants to see firsthand how cyber attacks occur and understand the potential consequences.
 
Additionally, Mauro serves as the Founder and President of the Swiss-CyberSecurity community, as well as fulfills the same roles for ISC2 Suisse Romande Chapter in the French-speaking region of the country.
