Digilac is a Swiss consultancy. We design, migrate and run the systems your teams depend on and we build AI into them using your data and your rules.
Our job is to assist companies set up or improve their workflows: project management, ITSM, customer support, processes, knowledge and more. The goal is simple, less time spent coordinating, more time spent delivering.
In practice, this rests on two practices.
Work Management & ITSM. As an Atlassian Solution Partner, we design, transform, implement and improve all aspects of collaboration and service management platforms. Our customers include small, medium and large companies, government and non-profit organizations.
Applied AI, in three forms. First, our own platforms: Swiss Open Data, a multilingual chat over Switzerland's official data and OpenMethod, which turns a company's methodology into an AI-guided journey, validated by your own experts, that produces real deliverables. Second, AI where your teams already work: assistants in the service desk, workflow automation, answers drawn from your own data. Third, custom builds, from feasibility study to production: your data, your rules, your systems, with the model of your choice behind it.
