Beyond Chatbots: Agentic AI as an Operating Layer for Enterprise Modernisation

The next step is more operational: using agentic AI to execute structured workflows across tools, documents, code repositories, tenders, market signals and internal knowledge.
In this session, I will present concrete examples of how agentic AI can support enterprise modernisation: analysing complex calls for tenders, preparing offers, scouting market opportunities, coordinating software delivery tasks, documenting decisions, and continuously enriching business intelligence. The focus is not on replacing experts, but on giving teams persistent digital co-workers able to search, reason, write, verify, and update artefacts in controlled workflows.
The talk will cover the architecture of such agents, the tools they use, governance and safety boundaries, and the organisational changes required to move from AI experimentation to repeatable business value.
